Job Summary:

The NewEdge Wealth Client Service Analyst is responsible for enhancing the client experience by providing reporting and marketing support to a team of Advisors and UHNW clients in Stamford, CT. As a Client Service Analyst, you will interface with clients to implement, track, and report alternative investment subscriptions and redemptions.  This individual will also produce Asset Allocation review and proposal sheets and marketing books for prospects and clients.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

  • Provide clients and accountants with statements, tax forms and account information.
  • Collect appropriate documentation to subscribe to new alternative investments.
  • Track capital calls and investment/redemption schedules.
  • Assist other service team members on Cashiering and account activities.

Investment Solutions

  • Generate reports for review books and client requests. These include performance, holdings, activity, tax summaries, income, fees, etc.
  • Work with Advisors to construct marketing books for review meetings and prospecting. Books include system generated reports and custom slides.
  • Prepare asset allocation review and proposal sheets.
  • Take notes during client review calls, enter into contact management system and provide team with follow up items.

Practice Management

  • Maintain contact management systems with up-to-date key client information.
  • Monitor team calendar for up-to-date deliverables.
  • Understand risk awareness and regulatory knowledge.

Talent Management

  • Proactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills and credentials.
  • Communicate development needs.
  • Assist with on-boarding new members to the firm.

 

Skills/Abilities:

  • 2-5 years of client service experience
  • Series 7 and 66 licensed preferred or willingness to acquire a license while on the job
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong time-management
