Michael specializes in helping individuals and families navigate cash flow planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, estate planning, legacy preservation and charitable giving. He believes that true success is measured not by investment returns alone, but by the achievement of meaningful financial and personal goals through thoughtful planning.
Prior to joining NewEdge Wealth, Michael worked at UBS for 15 years, as well as a family-owned boutique wealth management firm. During his career, he earned recognition from several leading industry organizations, including Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors (2026), Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams (2023-2026) and Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State (2023, 2024).
Michael received his B.S. in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations and Global Economics, from the University of Minnesota. He holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ (AWMA®) designation and the Senior Portfolio Manager designation.
Michael lives in Chanhassen, Minnesota, with his wife. Outside the office, he enjoys boating, volunteering, exploring new restaurants and pursuing his passion for automobiles.
