As Principal, Investment Solutions, Fixed Income, Brendan designs and builds custom portfolios suited to his clients’ individual needs. With a background in engineering, he enjoys applying problem-solving skills to the investment industry, combining the dynamic nature of financial markets with the mathematical and methodical aspects of portfolio management.
Brendan began his career in 2008 at RidgeWorth Capital Management’s fixed-income boutique, StableRiver Capital. He then spent 12 years at Edge Capital Group as Director of Fixed Income, where he managed fixed income separate accounts, conducted capital markets analysis, guided allocation decisions, and oversaw manager selection and due diligence. In 2022, he founded Keelan Capital, an RIA, before joining NewEdge Wealth in 2025.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Brendan grew up in Atlanta and graduated with a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a certificate in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder and an Eagle Scout.
Brendan serves as a Commissioner for the Roswell Housing Authority and is actively involved in his local church. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with his wife and son. As a proud Georgia Tech alum, he loves cheering on the Yellow Jackets with friends and family.
